How to Use

Answer each incident response control as Implemented, In Progress, Not Started, or Not Sure. The assessment then gives you an IR readiness score, top gaps, and a remediation report.

Control codes map to the incident response lifecycle. For example, RS.MA-01 means incident plan activation, while RC.RP-03 means recovery integrity verification.

Note: This tool is a practical readiness checklist. For Indian regulated entities, incident response should be aligned with CERT-In, RBI, SEBI, DPDP and sector-specific reporting obligations.
